Don't be sorry I can definitely see the childlike type of low empathy in both of them. I also see him as someone who regresses though we don't see much of it on screen. Everything about him screams ADHD (with the rejection sensitive dysphoria) and attachment issues (not as bad as Megumi though)

Fr I think he was upset about Suguru's parents, because just the fact that he mentioned them is significant. But I think more than anything he felt rejected and abandoned. Suguru did something that meant he could never be a part of the Jujutsu world. And Gojo couldn't leave it.
This happens to creatives so often. If you need evidence to keep making things your way until you find your audience, this is a great example.

I think too many people focus on the fact that gojo was high on RCT when he asked geto to kill all those people and not on the fact that he is an extremely low empathy individual.
