Well, Rod is Boomer Rock as well as a certain level of Gen X “comfort food” listening thanks to growing up with Maggie May, Young Turks, etc. If anything, you’ve got added traffic with 50-somethings redlining their road rage because their Boomer parents are backseat driving.
Yeah, having lived through some of the deals of the 80s and 90s, it’s easy to forget pre-Curt Flood even the big name baseball stars were taking offseason jobs. And baseball’s pay scale was better than the NFL.
