But the dog is quiet and chill, and mostly attached like glue to my side.

Boston area people, if you know anyone looking, this is quite a nice setup for very cheap considering the space available + current housing market, plus new insulation should drastically reduce future bills.

More info: this is a 3BR 1BA in Brighton, MA that's one of two apartment units in the house. We have one ground-floor bedroom and one that's up a steep set of stairs off the kitchen available. 2 large common areas with three big windows each. Fairly big fenced-in backyard with a huge gorgeous tree.
More info [cont]: Neighborhood is lovely, VERY green with lots of flowers and families. I'm in my 30s and work from home, so I will often occupy a table in one corner of the common area, or work from a desk on the front porch when it's nice out.
Upstairs neighbors are quiet and friendly! Love them.
