More info [cont]: Neighborhood is lovely, VERY green with lots of flowers and families. I'm in my 30s and work from home, so I will often occupy a table in one corner of the common area, or work from a desk on the front porch when it's nice out.
Upstairs neighbors are quiet and friendly! Love them.

More info [cont]: I do have a large dog living here and he unfortunately can not cohabitate with other pets, so we can't have any other pets that aren't in a tank or terrarium. 😭 I am just as crushed about this as you.
But the dog is quiet and chill, and mostly attached like glue to my side.
