Sticking with my DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet for once and even while on my period I see a difference in my waistline. Lesssgooo
It helped greatly that I got off my SSRI bc that was making me gain weight like crazy. Raised my blood pressure too. 😩
