Fabien Levy, Eric Adams' ex-top spokesman, is at the first public hearing for Mayor Mamdani's Charter Revision Commission. He says he plans to testify in support of creating an open primary system in NYC (Adams' zombie-like CRC has already advanced a ballot question on this).
