Damn, I wasted so much money over the years on therapy. I should have just sprinted for 30 seconds every time I felt a panic attack coming on. Stressful work meeting? Just get up and run as fast as you can in any direction, it's fine! Family drama getting to you? Literally just sprint away!
Finished the first draft of my manuscript last night!!!! Pray for me as I prepare to re-enter the querying trenches in the next couple of months (I'm scared lol)
I was up until 2 last night trying to finish writing my goddamn book and tell me why I went back through it this morning and realized half-asleep me changed ALL the chapter titles to the most unhinged shit??? Chapter 4 is now titled "Anyway, So This Is Why I'm in Therapy" LMAO #wip #writingcommunity
