Well, it turns out it's mostly trans people. Not by design or anything, some I only learned afterwards were trans, it's just that most of my favourite people to read/follow outside of destructoid or comic artists are trans. By my online experience trans people are just more interesting than average.
So yeah, I think trans people are pretty cool in general. Obviously I also admire their courage. As someone who absolutely hates standing out transitioning seems like an enormous feat, having the courage to go out in the world and affirm their identity no matter what others might think, it's big.

Also navigating the medical aspects is admirable, going through such complicated things by sheer will, obviously it really has to be an important matter to them and the courage they display going for it is highly commendable.
That's about what I wanted to say. I admire trans people, I think they deserve to live and be treated well, I think their transition and medical needs should be covered by society and that the hate and discrimination they often face are disgusting.
I stand with trans people for what it's worth.
