U.S. Magistrate Judge Keri Holleb Hotaling also just ordered sealed exhibits from this case unsealed effective tonight.
The feds objected to the release of a video of a shooting filed under Doc. 18, but this sure seems to order its release:
To be clear, prosecutors said Doc. 18 contained two exhibits, one being the shooting video. But I don't see the judge making any distinction.
Federal prosecutors in Chicago wound up having to drop charges in this case this week after this video surfaced.
Attached here is how the shooting was described in the complaint:
