Unironically it is far easier to be a DA fan if only recognise it as a trilogy, because even the most innocent of attempted lore discussions including DA4 turn into a conversation of “why that didn’t make sense, this didn’t add up, that was problematic..etc” & it’s such a buzzkill good Lord.
For a long time NiNi genuinely thought she was a prisoner, at Haven she tried to run away only to run into Solas & that was first time she had a little crash out mostly she just needed to vent how terrified she was. It was therapeutic.
Her second crash out was in Trespasser for obvious reasons😅
