#tdih 1964 in Tuscaloosa, AL 500+ Black marchers were violently attacked by KKK & police during protests to end segregation on āBloody Tuesday.ā
Marchers took refuge in 1st African Baptist Church as police smashed windows w/ fire hoses & filled church w/ tear gas.
No one was ever held accountable.
