This has nothing to do with MAGA. It’s about writing quality. Trek used story to explore ideas instead of lecturing the audience. Try addressing that.

Funny, I’ve been watching Star Trek for decades, so I know exactly what I was watching. It tackled big issues, sure, but it told stories and let the audience think instead of lecturing them. That’s the difference you’re missing.
Calling it a “sermon” just tells me you didn’t understand what you watched. That episode shows the absurdity and lets the audience connect the dots. It doesn’t stop and lecture you. If that felt like a sledgehammer, that’s a you problem, not the writing. 🙄
