Good thing about being a postie. I know (nearly) everywhere locally quite intimately.
I was accepted onto the doddering old fools' housing register this week.
I don't expect to get anything soon but there's a nice place available in this week's listings. It's only £25 a month less than my current rent. I thought these places were supposed to be cheaper.
It is nice though.
I love this story. And of course, getting this exposure on the BBC is gonna make sure Caroline is well booked up in the future.

Yay! Angine de Poitrine have opened an international store so I can now get a t-shirt.
Well, I always could but they were shipped from Canada thus adding a lot in postage & possible import VAT.
The other option was to buy a cheap fake but that's morally wrong.

Ok. For some reason I only paid 44p in National Insurance this week last year.
I can't remember why that happened.
Comparing last year's payslip with this year's. I earnt £31 more this week gross but took home £5 less.
How does that work?
If anyone is wondering about the Lady Chief Justice of England & Wales claiming Palestine Action's "covert" activities make them different from the suffragettes that Yvette Cooper admires so much, here's a secret message code book in the National Archives www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/education/re...
My Pop Will Eat Itself t-shirt was on top of the pile so is my garment for the day.
I love this as it shows the date I bought it. 27th August 1989.
It's not my oldest.
And no, I don't iron anything.
Sainsbury's have chosen an unfortunate abbreviation for their toilet roll.
I assume sht is short for sheet.
Cheap, whichever word they mean.
I'd never heard of Xizang before last week, thought it odd a new airline was getting this aircraft.
Turns out China have renamed Tibet.
