LAST-MINUTE UPDATE. I will not be at the No Kings rally in Medina. My apologies to anyone hoping to meet me there.
NO KINGS! Our "No Kings" gathering will be on Saturday, March 28, from 4 to 6 pm on Medina Square. I'll be there. Depending on the weather, I'll be wearing my sound effects skirt and a trans-positive T-shirt. Would love to see you there.
THINGS THAT MAKE ME HAPPY: The crime of the century. Twelve tons of Kit-Kat bars were stolen in Europe en route from Italy to Poland. Where can I pitch my script? I see Adam Sandler, Scarlett Johansson and me as the candy-snatching throuple. 3-22-26.
It would be great if some tavern in Medina offered drinks called the "Black Lightning" and the "Misty Knight" and the "Tigra." Then I would go to those bars. And when I walked in, the whole place would be all "Hey, Jenny." And I would stay there for thirty minutes each visit including commercials.
THINGS THAT MAKE ME HAPPY: “Dr. Werthless” by Harold Schecher and Eric Powell reveals Fredric Wertham as a man whose occasional decency was undone by a massive ego and penchant for distorting reality to “confirm” his dubious conclusions. Worth reading for those interested in comics history. 3-21-26.
