This decision applies only to talk therapy, not forms of "conversion therapy" that involve physical interventions (which are really abuse). It does not strike down Colorado's law on its face. Actually, it does not invalidate anythingâit just holds that this kind of law is subject to strict scrutiny.
"Republicans too radical, Democrats too woke" is the ideology of the owners of most major news outlets and many of the senior editors and reporters they have hired/promoted. This is Rahm's platform. So of course they amplifying his message. It is their message too.
