Absolutely convinced your tack here is intuitively correct and a needed part of the conversation. I call equal application a load-bearing feature of the law; without it, law becomes something more primitive and much darker.
I was dictating a letter yesterday and the dictation program on Google Docs spelled "insightful" as "inciteful". WTF?

I've been thinking about this post today, and we just got home about 30 minutes ago, so I decided to tap out this quickie abstract. Let's see where it goes. It's dictated so I'm sure there are some typos in there (especially randomly capitalized and uncapitalized words--thanks, Google Docs).
