For those who follow cycling, this is the time for the Dauphine (Critérium du Dauphiné) classic which many know and follow. Inexplicably, they have renamed the race to the catchy, Tour Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes. It might take me years to remember this stupid name.
I just don't understand why an unqualified Reality TV star didn't win in the LA Mayor's race. At least 20% of the voters in LA are registered Republicans. This should have been an easy GOP win.
