Would have gone with Jovian Chronicles, but since they didn’t break out of the tabletop space, I hesitate to call them a Franchise.

Delighted to find both Shroud and Lives of Bitter Rain on the Locus shortlist this year, amongst some amazing company!
We're back from #TravConUK 2026. Had a very fun weekend - there were about 53 games of #Traveller in the schedule from Friday evening through to Sunday late afternoon. I took part in three as a player, and refereed two games (same one, run twice).

It took longer than I thought, but I've finished repainting my Ral Partha Mk4 prototype.
The pink dazzle disruptive camo scheme was inspired by the Swedish splinter pattern used on the Viggen.

I’ve just heard that one of the true greats of SF writing, Ian Watson, has passed away. A huge figure of the genre and an enormously entertaining character. A real loss.
