Finished the Rose of Versailles...
My fragile heart has been torn asunder, even though I knew it could end only one way from the very beginning
Maybe I'm reading into it too much, but to me Terasakas journey in Jump plus his very introspective writing in GGG have me firmly hooked on this.
For the story itself and what he might be trying to say. I'm so excited!!
Weekly Shonen Jump - Issue #29
A really solid week of Jump, lot's of chapters I had fun with! Plenty of older series are undergoing some great story beats, especially Ichi, Kagurabachi and Akane! Love the new Undoc development! Roku's chapter was very sweet and then Hal Formula was phenomenal!
I burnt my cookies :_(
They're kinda edible still so that's a positive I guess

Im absolutely wowed by Hal Formulas first chapter.
On his 3rd attempt in jump this is pretty much ride or die for him so he chooses to take a huge risk. How that's reflected in Miharu here is very resonant to me.
I can just feel how hard he's trying here, all the effort and love fully comes across
Saw this absolutely insane shirt while out today
I resonated so much with Oscar, theyre such a tragic character trapped between so many labels. Always trying to do their best to help others, through prejudice and mockery.
And in return all they want is to feel human, to be loved for who they are
