I love this whole section of the film because, as always, it shows such great kindness to Arthur, a provincial who's way late to the party even back home. He arrives just in time for the Death of Glitter concert pretty much, but the Flaming Creatures accept him and make him feel like one of them.

Lastly, Peter Swords King's makeup/hair on Arthur here is so so perfect. King talked about drawing on his own 70s experiences here -- especially in the little puffer of hair powder. (A gorgeously tactile detail)
