The truth is I've been not eating that much or eaten more salads the last two weeks bc I've been so insanely busy with work and existing and it reflects on my weight
I really shouldnt be any less than what I am right now. I'm still fine according to BMI but uhh. On the lower verge.
Btw who thought the yakudoshi for women is a good idea like what's with the unlucky age 33 AND 37 and the stupid "critical" year before and after like I have exactly one year of a break (it doesn't feel like a break) before I'm in the next critical year before an unlucky year 🌚
