Don't be fooled by the fact that none of today's 5 #SCOTUS rulings were "big" ones.
Four of them split the Court along its usual 6-3 ideological lines—one of which guts accountability for human rights abuses; one that makes it harder to enforce Spending Clause statutes; and one that's bad for LPRs.
