The thing that pisses me off when people talk about methane having a short term effect in the atmosphere is that it breaks down into CO2 which has a very long term effect in the atmosphere. It's a double whammy.

It's. Not. Their. Own. Money. We need to stop this myth. The Government _decides_ how much money it needs and borrows it. Tax is just one of the inputs for paying it back. Most other countries don't actually care too much about the paying back part either.
