Bridge G is Seletar South Link, which I can tell is new from the colour of the concrete.
Bridge H is the other foot bridge I encountered, and also the only one that must be crossed. By this time the canal at the start has become a veritable river (Sungei Punggol).
Bridge F is the Tampines Expressway, sufficiently sturdy to require "Max Headroom" signs at both ends. There is a long stretch of "nothingness" between here and G.

Bridge I is Seletar North Link, the last bridge before reaching the northern coastline through a solitary traffic light past Marina Country Club.
Bridge B is Sengkang West Bridge and the south arc of the west lobe of the Sengkang LRT.
Bridge A is Buangkok Drive, where a canal ends and a river begins. (It is actually two bridges but for convenience several close-together bridges will be referred to as one.)
Bridge C is confusingly named Sengkang South Bridge despite being north of B. From this bridge to D there is a hockey field, swimming pool and community club in that order.
Bridge E is Sengkang Riverside Bridge, one of two foot bridges along the path I traversed. It and D link to the same park on the river's opposite bank.
After (by my estimate) 2.4km of following the shore with Malaysian refineries on my left, I reached Bridge J, the left bridge to Coney Island. In total I covered around 6.5km in 70 minutes, including photo stops.
Bridge D is Anchorvale Bridge and the north arc of the west lobe of the Sengkang LRT.
