My two cents: everyone studying and making education policy should know education history.
Since that seems unlikely, I’ll settle for requiring Groundhog Day: nearly every “new” reform has already been debated, tried, renamed, or memory-holed.
Elsewhere on that thread was the point that blaming drivers gets politicians and traffic engineers off the hook.
I am so excited for what this will mean for evidence-based education policy in Oregon and the opportunities it will create for Oregon kids!
