I've put this off long enough. Because one post on machine translation and the devaluation of human labor wasn't enough, I wrote even more words about it than before (2900, to be precise), this time from one former fan translator to another. Or at least, some of you out there.

I do remember it having a joke where during an extended section of the game, you had to keep finding gas to refill this truck in the desert. Then eventually it crashes, and Duke says something like "Damn, and it had such good gas mileage too"
I think that's the only line that actually made me laugh
