It kills me how we see story after story about this happening in other professional settings AND YET we are being encouraged to use AI and teach with AI in the universities.

At this point, I don't think sanctions are cutting it; I honestly think massive fines, malpractice lawsuits, and temporary removal from practice might be the only things that can make a dent in "AI" being used in legal or medical settings. www.scientificamerican.com/article/why-...
