it was so many onions it took closer to 3 hours and it tastes incredible 😤 just onions, a little salt, some olive oil and an occasional dash of extra water
still always shocks me how much the onions reduce down. .but worth it to make literally any meal better for the next few weeks

im sobbing, mouth covered in red powder, spice-hiccuping into my bowl of breakfast-lunch........................... thats that friday feeling!!!
