It's well-documented that AI triggers anthropomorphic projection - "synthetic empathy" - but I wonder at the additional influence of nerd sniping engineers using tools that can sharpen themselves?
People fundamentally misunderstand the nature and source of inspiration.
If you treated employees with fairness, created the safety and provided the resources for them to do their best work, you wouldn’t need to publicly threaten them with draconian non-disparagement clauses.
