Early spring ride and at one point the bike path (it's sheltered in the forest) was still covered in solid water. This is not the good kind of "First Tracks." Icy part wasn't very long.

Nice north-south country-roads ride south of Montreal today: Howick to Havelock. 4 ride segments were re-paved last year, 3 were a surprise to me (late-year repaving) that was the kind of surprise that is a very good surprise. An A++ ride for sure. carte/Map : ridewithgps.com/routes/54453...

Crossed the new bicycle level-crossing across CP tracks at de L'Épée between Parc Extension & Outremont. One-block zig-zag on Beaumont then it's Querbes north to the 40 & Marché Central. This is a big improvement getting over these train tracks that have a very limited number streets crossing them.
