My next book is a sci-fi fantasy with themes of depression, anxiety and self-harm… so I’m analyzing media like Battlestar Galactica, RWBY & Attack on Titan for how they handle such themes.
WHO also has guidelines on the topic which helps.

I was helping out some folks today on our flight just with baggage and mobilizing and at the end of the trip, the flight crew stopped me on my way out and gave me a care package gift for being the kindest passenger they’ve ever met 🥹
