My thesis work is getting heavy.
My next book is a sci-fi fantasy with themes of depression, anxiety and self-harm… so I’m analyzing media like Battlestar Galactica, RWBY & Attack on Titan for how they handle such themes.
WHO also has guidelines on the topic which helps.
