I wouldn't say it's dead. There are a ton of Vision Pro lovers out there, but anyone who was going to buy one has one — and it's too soon for them to want an upgrade. (The M5 update kinda showed that.) It's just not a *consumer* market.
That also makes boarding/deplaning so much slower because then people have to search for open bins nowhere near their seat, causing aisle jams. Don't get me started on people who stick winter jackets up there. Nobody is comfotable on these planes so it'd be nice if we could all be considerate.
Then you are not the problem!! I legit posted this b/c I saw so many people putting both their bags in the bins on my flight! Some lady put her tiny ass purse in there and her jacket, plus a big roller that technically didn't fit. This is mostly me screaming at her lol.
It’s on my list for right after Fitbit air
If I'm choosing to board with a carry-on and a personal item, I'm only putting one in an overhead bin. If there's a tall person behind me, I won't recline. And if check my larger bag, I still put my personal bag by my feet unless it's not a packed flight b/c the bins are intended for larger bags.
I can understand the tall person argument, but I've also seen several short people do this when they have enough leg room. It'd be no issue if everyone stuck to one bag per overhead bin too but no. I see tall and short people put their carryon AND personal bags into the overhead bins. (1/2)
$2,195 lol
That alone will make this a hard sell to non-devs.
