Managed to sprain my ankle playing softball Thursday night and didn't realize it until today when I noticed it was the size OF a softball.
Likely the result of both ADHD and decades of conditioning to push through the pain and worry about it later

• Son had a birthday party today, not much time for anything else until now (he turns 8 next week)
