Some of those people are either not alarmed by or actually pleased with the college’s embrace of AI.
Very few. My courses are tiny. I don’t know that this is “data”; just anecdotally what my students share.
But it wasn’t, because as you say it didn’t have faculty support. Censure barely made it. Democracy! Doesn’t always come up with right result. Censure could have had a larger impact had there been a more engaged Board. D managed to bury police long guns. Even many protesters didn’t know.
