In other news, my four remaining kittens are all vaccinated and finally ready for adoption!
She died warm, and safe, and loved on my chest, in the sunshine. She had all the good painkillers and didn't feel anything.
We did not get a miracle. Myrtle died.
I spent ten weeks keeping her alive, but in the end, her little heart couldn't tolerate it, and failed.
We've buried her next to Wattle.
I might need to go and stare into the abyss for a bit.
Greengage has no whiskers. It turns out, Bluegum is an unapologetic whisker nibbler and now her sister is forced to SUFFER while I laugh at her.

I might *finally* have managed to capture the beauty of Bluegum for her adoption photos. She's being vaccinated tomorrow and should be available shortly!

I got to hang out with Cosi today and she has grown SO MUCH. I don't know how this sweet, perfect, shy girl hasn't been adopted.
Rescue says they're hoping they have a new foster for her this week, otherwise I might have to bring her back to me 😬😬
