Drs. Huie Lin & David Wang enrolled a patient in the COMPASSION 3 study, evaluating the Edwards Lifesciences SAPIEN 3 for patients with failing surgical or transcatheter bioprosthetic aortic valve. The first enrollment in 9 yrs and the 1st interventional cardiology device trial at Mission Bay.

Drs. Sammy Elmariah, Michela Faggioni, Neal Shah and Allison Kratka successfully performed Northern California’s first heterotopic transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement procedure for symptomatic severe tricuspid regurgitation using the bicaval TricValve device within the TRICAV I Study.
