Who needs fossil energy? 🇪🇸 Spain just pulled off one of the fastest energy transformations in Europe.
In 2000:
⚠️ 56% fossil
☀️🌬️ 2% solar + wind
By 2026:
☀️🌬️ 44% solar + wind
⚠️ Just 17% fossil
Gas now sets Spain’s electricity price only 15% of the time, compared to 89% in Italy.
Europe has to own its own data and platforms. The capability is there and we are proving that the ambition is too.
