Another awful decision from the BIA, this time saying that Immigration Judges aren't allowed to address obvious problems with the charging document. So, even if it doesn't comply with the statute (including informing the noncitizen of the date and time of the hearing), the IJ can't do boo.
It is also surprising that the allegedly aggressive Iranian drone was shot down by an F-35 rather than shipboard weapons systems.
It sounds more like the drone was loitering over the carrier long enough that a jet could be launched or a jet that was returning could intercept.
Shooting down an aircraft in international airspace because it "aggressively" approached a ship operating in international waters.
This is not the first time Iran has flown drones near our carriers, but it's the first time I'm aware of that we have shot one down because of it.
