Birds where I live:
5 magpies who should be less afraid of me and WAY more afraid of my car. You can't just clear the wheel, I can't SEE you.
2 crows. Wary of my car, terrified of me.
2 pigeons for some reason, who are terrified of everything.
Occasional seagull appearance. Preference unknown.
Just for the record I'm team magpie. They're chill. The crows seemingly had beef with them at some point years ago, but they just bred and now there's 5 of them. Still only 2 crows who do NOT fuck with them anymore. (bullies)
The pigeons are... new. Court's out on how they'll fit in the heirarchy.
Last year I bought a bird feeder and filled it with birdfeed, and a couple of days later it was just gone. Like, the whole bird feeder was gone, I could not find it, and with no evidence I blame the crows. I can't prove it, but they took that shit HOME. They're huge. The magpies just ate out of it.
Can't believe I'm turning 35 soon, I'm basically 40.
