A new article from my fantastic @umnlawschool.bsky.social colleague @sammerchant.bsky.social. I really just do not understand why @ssrn.bsky.social refuses at least to identify the author in these posts.
Welcome, @jkosseff.bsky.social, to the University of Minnesota!
Very proud of my @umnlawschool.bsky.social colleagues!
Congratulations to my @umnlawschool.bsky.social colleague and friend, @nicholasbednar.bsky.social. This award is a big deal, and so well deserved.
Congratulations & best wishes to the @umnlawschool.bsky.social Class of 2026, & esp my RA Mitchell! Well done all and don't be strangers!
I read a draft of this new article from @emilysbremer.bsky.social. It was fascinating. Can't wait to read the expanded version. Highly recommended.

Failing to acknowledge the author or publication is a horrible way for @ssrn.bsky.social to flag an article. The article in question was authored by my wonderful @umnlawschool.bsky.social junior colleague @vrsingh.bsky.social and was recently published in BYU Law Review. Check it out!
Check out this new article, forthcoming in @washulawreview.bsky.social, authored by my fantastic @umnlawschool.bsky.social colleague @danielschwarcz.bsky.social, whom @ssrn.bsky.social did not bother to name in its post. So weird for SSRN to describe an article without mentioning the author's name.
Congratulations to my @umnlawschool.bsky.social colleague Jack Whiteley for this recognition by @lsolum.bsky.social of his new article, available @ssrn.bsky.social (at least for now). Highly recommended!
So excited to see @lsolum.bsky.social give that coveted "highly recommended" label to a fantastic new article on the President's removal power from @umnlawschool.bsky.social visiting prof Amy Wildermuth and student Peyton Baker. Congrats to both!
