No surprises here, but @sarahoconnorft.ft.com’s book is exceptionally good. www.penguin.co.uk/books/462159...

"The future of work can be more worthy of the human mind, more careful of the human body, more satisfying to the human soul. But not without a fight." Can't recommend the new @sarahoconnorft.ft.com book highly enough. Real call to arms- to flip direction on the machine and those who control it.
@sarahoconnorft.ft.com: "In an ideal world, we would use these tools to extend our reach to achieve new things. But if we allow ourselves to be compared to machines, I fear we will come to expect too much of ourselves in some ways, and too little in others" www.ft.com/content/37ac...
Really enjoyed this conversation with Ruth Curtice and Greg Thwaites!
