It was originally made for Vaatividya's contest about imagining a follow-up to bloodborne.
I tried to focus on a character who was mentioned in-game but never seen : Runesmith Caryll.
I went with a birdlike design as it felt more fitting of the little informations that we have of her.
It has its own card in my game!
I had a mechanic called Ruin, so this name felt like a nice reference to the original context of the illustration.
It’s one of my strangest designs. It totally changes the way you play and makes everything quite chaotic.
