Having spoken to social care workers affected by the changes, I *hate* this language. Party management/vibes is a terrible way to make policy at the best of times but when the futures of several hundred thousand people is at stake, unforgiveable.
What we need is to put the dynamic Culture Secretary who has overseen this into the Foreign Office at a time of geopolitical uncertainty.
