They never had any moral authority to begin, only a pandering media that let them say they did without challenging them let people think they did. The GOP has always been graded on a curve. Democrats can't have even a hint of an issue or they'll be drummed out. No problem is too much for the GOP.

We "obliterated" Iran's military but ("We've actually left their military alone") and their ability to attack is "dramatically curtailed" but caused billions of dollars of damage to our bases and control the strait. It's a Schrödinger's presidency, all possibilities exists at the same time.
Maybe it's me, but the DOJ shouldn't be talking about filing charges when there's absolutely nothing to base those statements on and shouldn't be spending valuable time, money and resources to find something to justify their unjustifiable actions. Talk about weaponization of the justice system.
Despite one of the most coordinated smear campaigns you're likely to see, he managed to win. He's as rough and gruff as you'd expect from someone who's been to war 4 times and carries that baggage with him. I've seen what we get with Collins, and we need a marine not a boy scout.
