#NowPlaying #MusicSky Inferno | Boards of Canada Just can’t keep anyway from it. A few reviews have been pretty sniffy - including The Guardian - but that’s music in a nutshell I suppose. People hearing different things when they listen to it. Personally, I am finding it utterly mesmerising.

#NowPlaying #MusicSky Inferno | Boards of Canada 1st time through front to back. There are moments of zoned-out drift, some lovely melancholy moments but the overarching feeling is 1 of unease/claustrophobia. ‘I Saw Through Platonia’ has a heartbeat for its rhythm…then it just stops. Last album?

#NowPlaying #MusicSky Tomorrow’s Harvest | Boards of Canada Inferno arrived at HQ today, and that will go on later when everyone is off to bed etc. Seemed fair enough to play what is still my favourite BoC album to date as prep. So dystopian & cinematic, I still get lost in this so easily.

#NowPlaying #MusicSky LP4 | American Football One of my favourite albums of the year…gets better and better with every listen. They are such a superb band. Even my better half reluctantly admitted today that “they are actually alright”, something rarely heard in this parts.
