so i can work to change that behavior, i am definitely gonna ask questions and be pedantic but that's my OCD/Autism compelling me to obsessively understand things in a way that is often uncomfortable and confusing for others, so that i feel comfortable knowing i won't repeat the behavior. Sorry
also it feels worth clarifying that i of course benefit and participate unintentionally in racism and therefore am capable of perpetuating the structures of oppression, but in no way shape or form do i intend to reinforce or support those structures. if i ever am doing so please hold me to account
