Obvs I don't usually write on spec but sometimes it's paradoxically easier with my condition bc I don't have to think about deadlines or be sure a piece will work I can just tinker.

I think this captures the current moment of New York joy amidst federal angst in a way that is especially comprehensible to elder millennials like me Also, I would have absolutely watched this movie on WPIX every other weekend afternoon

men are so eager to find the line where it becomes acceptable to rape women. they are so eager to loudly declare that women's right to not be raped is CONDITIONAL and can be REVOKED. if they can revoke it for obviously evil women, they can revoke it for anyone.

Planning to start work on a much longer more in-depth researched piece on medicine/books on spec soon too so I'll have to think about this for that too but I think that's going to take a long time to write.
