I think from rough estimates we need around 2.5k (unless I have misunderstood costs). But that is bare bones, just for billboard and phamplets. Wondering if we could come up with some funky ideas for other things. I don't think I am as cool as Tamatha and could do tattoo fundraising?
Have to cover 5 towns so hit me with your creative ideas. Do people have taonga they could koha that we could auction off ? Do we get musicians in? What should we do to help a) get the word out about voting me as #1 and b) how to raise funds.

Ok team - now the cat is definitely out of the bag. Any ideas on how to raise funds? We need funds for billboards (at least 20 (10 big, 10 small), phamplets for leaflet letterbox drops (20,000 of them) and a few other expenses for organising events and getting around the mōtū to other events.
