as it happens, someone from the (now dead?) publisher of that game looks to have transferred it to a company that exists solely to keep it on storefronts afaik the other game Soleil was making for them has gone with someone else from that publisher—who's making it now, if anyone, I couldn't tell ya

btw this is probably info for nobody but when I was looking into the fate of Soleil (ex-Team Ninja, basically Devil's Third studio minus Itagaki), I noticed that a bunch of them look to have been poached/jumped ship to a GungHo studio formed for the specific purpose of continued Ninjala dev
